ZEINCRO has been certified with ISO 9001:2000 by TUV Rheinland Group, which extends to all departments and services of the company. This Quality Management System is monitored, maintained and improved through internal and external audits, evaluations and reviews.

Our company also runs in compliance with the International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) and principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and according with all national and international laws and business ethics.

We are continuously seeking ways to improve technologies, procedures and the results we deliver to our customers.

The project's metrics are controlled from the Planner and Controller.

The provision of quality services is implemented with coordinating efforts of the management and personnel of the company in order to:

  • Create responsibility, cooperation and teamwork of the personnel.
  • Establish the best organizational structure, technical, management and administrative process.

The Quality in our procedures and deliverables is assured in 3 ways:

  • The strict implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Audits conducted from clients, wishing to make sure of our Quality Standards.
  • ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, according to which we are certified
